Robert Way, Of Counsel
BACKGROUND
Robert Way is an associate, having joined the firm in
2007. Although available to serve throughout the area in a
variety of contexts, most of his current practice involves Personal
Injury, Family Law, and other Civil Litigation.
Robert was born in Kalamazoo, Michigan, and has lived in multiple areas
in the mid-west and on the West coast. He has two younger and two older
sisters. He currently maintains a residence in the Southern Puget Sound
with his family.
Prior to entering law school, Robert had varied professional and
personal experience which included working thirteen years as a union
organizer, activist, and officer with the Communications Workers of
America, Local 9400, Los Angeles.
After graduating law school, he was admitted to the Washington State
Bar Association. Prior to joining the firm he enjoyed a successful
private practice which included; domestic relations, family law,
custody disputes, personal injury, and other forms of civil and
criminal litigation.
Robert enjoys spending time with his family, preferably on the water.
Fish from Alaska to Mexico have felt the sting of his barb, and fear
the approach of his boat.
